Iophone and jiophone 2 will finally see some competition. Realme’s techlife brand Dizo has been steadily launching new products in India.
The company has already launched the Realme Buds 2 Neo, a beard trimmer and a hair dryer here. Also to these devices. Realme Dizo has also launched two feature phones in India.
Today the company announced that its feature phones.
the Realme Dizo Star 300 and the Realme. Dizo Star 500 are available for buy in India via Flipkart and select offline stores. Notably. these smartphones compete with the likes of the jiophone. which costs ₹1,999, and jiophone 2, which costs ₹2,999, in India.
Realme Dizo Star 300, Realme Dizo Star 500 price and availability:
The Realme Dizo Star 300 costs ₹1,299 in India. It is available in the country via Flipkart and select offline stores in Black. Blue and Red colour variants. The Realme Dizo Star 500. costs ₹1,799 and it is available in India via Flipkart and select offline stores in Black. Green and Silver colour variants.
The Realme Dizo Star 300 features a 1.77-inch display with a matte finish. backlit keypad and haptic typing. It is backed by a 2,550mah battery, which the company says offers up to 18 days of standby time and over 21 hours of call time. It comes with 32MB of storage space that can store up to 1,000 phone numbers and 200 messages. Users can also increase the storage of the Realme Dizo Star 300 by up to 64GB via a micro SD card.
The Realme Dizo Star 300 is compatible with eight languages including English. Hindi and regional languages such as Tamil, Gujarati, Telugu, Punjabi, Bengali and Kannada. It also features an FM Radio, an MP3 player, and games.
Realme Dizo Star 500 specs:
The Realme Dizo Star 500 features a 2.8-inch display. which the company says is almost 56% bigger compared to.
standard 1.8-inch displays in feature phones. It is backed by a 1,900mah battery. which the company says is capable of providing up to 17 hours of talk time and 13 days of standby time.
The Realme Dizo Star 500 is also compatible with five local languages. which includes English, Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati and Telugu. It also features Bluetooth alarm. sound recorder calendar calculator and files.
It sports 32MB memory that is capable of storing up to 1,000 phone numbers and 200 messages. Other features include MP3 playback, FM radio, games and 0.3MP camera.

Whatsapp recently began working on larger link previews for urls on. the latest beta version of whatsapp for ios.
and wabetainfo reports that the service has now begun working on
the same feature on the latest beta version of whatsapp for Android.
Users who have signed up to receive beta builds of whatsapp for Android. who have updated to this version will not see the feature.
That is because the feature is still under development and will be introduced at a later date.
According to wabetainfo. if some websites do not have a high-resolution preview for the URL. whatsapp will show a smaller thumbnail instead.
Smaller profile pictures on whatsapp for Android
We recently reported that whatsapp has made some changes to the notification. ‘action’ font colours on the app (from green to a grey-blue colour). then reverted the changes after users complained of reduced readability.
The company has also recently removed. the line separators between chats for many users. and the latest beta version 2.21.14.8 reportedly gets rid of the outdated design for even more users. Apple is going to launch the iphone 13 series later this year around. fall and leaks about the new iphones have started doing the rounds online already.
One of the latest image leaks hints towards the fact that there are. larger cameras incoming with the new series, particularly with the Pro models. A tipster recently shared an image of an iphone 12 Pro.
The tipster who goes by the name of unclepanpan shared an image of the iphone 13 series case on his Weibo account. While he claimed that it was an iphone 13 Pro Max case. another tipster who goes by the name of duanrui tweeted that it is an iphone 13 Pro case. In the photo shared by both the tipsters. you can see the iphone 12 Pro inserted in. the bigger case to show the increased size of the camera module on the upcoming iphone.
But on the iphone 13 Pro series, the module looks significantly larger than what we’ve seen on the iphone 12 Pro.
The iphone 12 Pro comes with three sensors and a flash housed inside the camera module. The iphone 13 Pro might either come with more sensors. larger sensors since there is more real estate on the module this time around. We do not have any information about which one it is going to be.It could also mean better focus. We’ll have to wait till September to find out more.

Realme has big plans for launch of 5G smartphones in India. Sheth also promised that all Realme’s new mobile phones.
priced higher than ₹15,000 will be equipped with 5G connectivity. These announcements were made at the Realme 5G webinar. Realme’s first 5G phone in India was the Realme X50 Pro 5G. It has since expanded its portfolio with many 5G offerings. even launching the cheapest 5G phone in India.
Realme GT series
Sheth also revealed plans about launching the Realme GT series in India. Realme GT 5G is already confirmed to launch in India before Diwali and. the company plans to launch more phones under the series in India soon. Realme GT 5G made its debut in China this March, and it later launched in more markets. This smartphone series also has the Realme. GT Neo and Realme GT Neo Flash, and there are reports of launching Realme GT Master Edition in the future.
Also to the Realme GT series, the company also plans to expand its Narzo smartphone series in India. Realme launched the Narzo 30 5G smartphone in India last month, and it is priced at ₹15,999.
Realme 5G plans
Realme said it is planning to launch a 5G phone with a price tag of around $100 which translates to roughly ₹7,400.
Realme plans to have over 20 5G smartphones by 2022 which would account for 70% of its entire product lineup. It already has 14 5G smartphones which takes up 40% of its product portfolio. With this expansion, Realme hopes to have 100 million 5G consumers in the next three years.
The company plans to democratise 5G through 10 pop-up stores around.
